Short loans

Not-for-loan items from the reading room collection in the Main Library with red shelf marks can be borrowed overnight and on weekends:

• Monday to Friday 18:00 to 19:00
  Return by 10:00 at the latest on the next day of opening
• Saturday from 17:00 to 18:00
  Return by 10:00 on Monday at the latest

Please return your items on time, otherwise you will incur a charge.

The following are not available as short loans:

• Loose-leaf issues
• Volumes of multi-volume encyclopaedias and dictionaries
• Atlases
• Individual journal issues
• Werke, die vor 1920 erschienen sind
• Works published before 1920
