Chat Assistance for Information on the University Library’s Services
04/14/2025The University Library Würzburg (UB) is expanding its contact options:
In addition to the existing consultation and information services, UB users can now chat with library staff. The chat tool is available on the website. During service hours, the UB support team will answer all questions related to the University Library's services in the chat.
From questions about books and e-books, to availability of journal articles, information on branch libraries, and tips and tricks for literature research, all inquiries are answered within minutes. For more complex questions, individual appointments for a 30-minute consultation can be arranged.
