Special Collections Reading Room

The Special Collections Reading Room (3rd floor, Central Library, Am Hubland) provides access to items from both very valuable collections and other media meriting special protection.

The reading room’s open-access reference library provides key literature on manuscript studies, codicology, historical auxiliary sciences, the history of books and libraries and the history of Franconia and its culture.
