Status „available for request“

Items marked as „available for request“ are stored in stack-rooms and are not on open access. These items can be requested through the catalogue. Please note allocation periods.  For items with location mark "72/", "73/", "74/", "76/" und "77/" please note the details in the catalogue.

To request an item, please open the full bibliographic data and click on “Get it” and “stack order”. Confirm your request with OK. The date, your items will be ready for collection will be displayed. Find further information about the status of your request in your account:  sub-account - requests.  

Items marked as “available for loan (reading-room)” may only be used in the main reading-room or in the special collections reading-room. You find  floor plans with all reading-rooms on our homepage.

To request an item, that is listed in the Mikrofiche-Catalogue or one particular volume of a journal, please use stack order.
